Terms & Conditions

50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is to be paid 14
days before your date. In the event of non-payment your booking will be cancelled.

We require your menu choice 14 days before your event.

We need to be made aware of any allergens or dietry requiremnts in writing when your menu choice is made.

All occasions will be hosted under our stretch tent no other areas are available for private hire.

The start and finish times must be agreed upon by both parties prior to the event.

We are only licensed outside until 11pm so this is when the music will be switched off and guests must vacate the tent.

We do not allow outside entertainment this includes but is not limited too dj’s/live singers/bands/magicians/comdedians.

A speaker system will be provided with an aux lead and you will be in control of your own playlists.

Any damages that occur during your event are payable by you.

Public liability insurance is provided by us.

On friday & saturday evenings the hirer will be charged an additional £100 for extra security.

Any abuse or threatening behaviour from any members of the party will not be tolerated and will lead to the party being terminated.

The management and staff reserve the right to refuse to serve and admit persons into the premises. Persons failure to comply will be reported to the police
