All our steaks are weighed prior to cooking & are served with triple cooked chips, beef tomato & flat mushroom.
We are proud to be working alongside Buttercross Farm who supply all our steaks.
The steaks are sourced from Shropshire, Staffordshire & Cheshire & are aged for 28 days before being delivered to us.
